- What do you feel like you learned this unit that you didn’t know before? In this unit I learned how to identify the different types of criticism that humanities criticism would entail.
- What did you already know, but now understand better or learned more about? I already knew how to write criticism, but I really learned how to write the different kinds and how to properly write them. For instance, the social media criticism was something I was aware could be done, but not in the exact way and format that you had us really attempt to do.
- What (if anything) do you feel like I wanted you to learn, but you still aren’t sure about? I think I couldn’t get down the transferring of the social media criticism to an academic one.
- What are the strengths of your final project articles? What are you most proud of? I was most proud of how I took the criticism types that you wanted and did the first 2 very well in my opinion.
- If you were to revise your final project articles, what would you want to do differently? I would want to really get down how to do an academic criticism so that the final article would have been better.
- How would you describe or rate your participation/engagement in this unit? I would say that unfortunately this unit’s participation was less than the first one.
- What did you do this unit that helped make you successful? I made sure I looked over the examples quite a bit before I decided to do the writing.
- What (if anything) do you want to do differently in the next unit? I would like to make sure I do all of the assignments on time.
- What additional things (resources, support, information, etc.) do you wish you had had for this unit? I don’t think there was any additional resources that I wish I had this unit, what was provided was perfectly fine.
- Is there anything you would like me to change (in the structure of our course, in how I’m presenting information, etc.) going forward? No, I don’t think there is, I believe you already fixed everything, in terms of structure of the website and ease of access.
- For you, how did this unit compare to the News Unit? I preferred the news unit over this one.
- What (if anything) from this unit would you like to discuss/think about/explore further? (either this semester or just in your life) I would like to really get down the process of seeing a genre, like social media posts and be able to analyze it and get it down perfectly.
